REDLine Home Inspection is superior when it comes to home inspectors in the Central Illinois area. I've purchased two homes in the last 2.5 years and have used Jeremy for both home inspections prior to making an offer. He was always very thorough in what he found, and walked us through the report while explaining details we didn't quite understand. The pictures he provided also is a great reference!! Our second home we purchased was a foreclosure, and we feared what could be found during the inspection. Jeremy made sure we were comfortable with the information we received and understood all that could potentially be a hazard. If it weren't for him, we likely wouldn't have had a couple further inspections on more specific areas of our home. These further inspections resulted in repairs that were made to the home without the cost coming out of our pocket. Woohoo!!

I'm in the process of buying a home and we used Jeremy for the home inspection. This was a very wise choice. Jeremy is extremely professional and above all thorough. He doesn't rush through the inspection and I believe he inspects your house as if he was making the purchase himself. He personally walks you through the home and shows you each and every concern that he's found. At the end of the inspection he will send you a professionally detailed report with pics. I believe Jeremy to be up front and honest. He will not give you an answer that he doesn't know. I've dealt with home inspectors in the past and REDLine out performs them all in my opinion.
